Zegna opens flagship store in Mumbai’s Jio World Plaza

Premium menswear brand Zegna has opened a new flagship store in Mumbai in its metro’s Jio World Plaza shopping centre. The opening brings the Italian brand’s pan-India store total to four. 

“Sleek and classic menswear for the win,” announced Reliance Brands Limited on Facebook. “Zegna’s new flagship store in Jio World Plaza, Mumbai is now open… it’s the second store in Mumbai and the fourth in India. With a sleek design and iconic pieces like the ‘Alba Overshirt’, you’ll be in style from the moment you step inside.”
 
The store also features a ‘VIP Area’ where shoppers can avail Zegna’s bespoke tailoring services in its ‘Made to Measure Room’. With a glass façade and warm, white interior, the store has a clean, modern look which echoes the style of its modern classic tailoring. 

Along with apparel, the store also houses a selection of accessories including mens’ bags. Zegna is known for its use of textiles and clean lines. 
 
Zegna was established in 1910 in Tirvero in Italy by Ermenegildo Zegna. The brand is part of the Zegna Group which also runs the label Thom Browne. The business went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021, Forbes reported, and took the occasion to shorten its name from ‘Ermenegildo Zegna’ to ‘Zegna’.
