Page Industries Q3 net profit rises 23 percent to Rs 152 crore

Page Industries reported a 23 percent rise in net profit to Rs 152 crore ($19 million) for the December quarter, as against Rs 124 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 2 percent to Rs 1,229 crore, as against Rs 1,200 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Commenting on the results, VS Ganesh, managing director of Page Industries in a statement said, “Our strategic commitment to sustainable sales practices and meticulous inventory management has been instrumental in robust margins and enhanced profitability. We have seen early signs of stabilizing revenue in Q3 on the back of our adaptive strategies in response to the market’s evolving demands.”
“Page Industries is strategically positioned for sustained growth while adapting to the shifting dynamics of retail and evolving consumer demands,” he added.
Page Industries holds exclusive licensing rights from Jockey International Inc across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Oman, Qatar, Maldives, Bhutan, and the UAE.
