Beauty and accessories brand Misbu to enter North Indian market with Gurugram store

Tata Group’s Gen Z focused beauty and accessories brand Misbu plans to enter the North Indian brick-and-mortar market by opening a 2,500 square foot outlet in Gurugram. The store will enable the brand to connect with new customers who can try out its products in person.

The upcoming Misbu store will be located on the ground floor of Gurugram’s 3Roads Mall, anonymous sources close to the development told India Retailing. The outlet will bring Misbu’s India store total to four as it currently runs outlets in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Pune, according to its Facebook page. 
 
Misbu recently launched its ‘Brand New You’ collection and campaign which showcases its party themed makeup and jewellery. The collection mixes lightweight everyday jewellery designs with bolder, statement pieces for an eclectic, youthful, and trend driven aesthetic. 

Along with its new multi-media campaign, the brand has also launched a series of digital lookbooks which showcase products in animated short videos. The brand plans to continue to expand with an omni-channel strategy and also retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store. 
 
Misbu is run by Tata Group’s retail business Trent Limited which also runs clothing and lifestyle chains Zudio, Star Bazaar, and Westside among others. Trent Limited launched in 1998 and is based in Mumbai, according to its website.
