Airport experiencing delays amid thunderstorms

3:54 p.m.: Severe thunderstorm warning posted north of Denver including Longmont, Erie and Firestone through 4:30 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. One-inch hail has fallen in widespread areas.

3:49 p.m.: Tornado warning posted for Chivington area in southeastern Colorado through 4 p.m.
