WoodenStreet launches seventh Hyderabad store

Homeware and accessories brand WoodenStreet has opened its seventh brick-and-mortar store in Hyderabad in the city’s Kokapet neighbourhood. Measuring 5,000 square feet, the outlet brings its India store total to 96.

“As we open the doors of our seventh store in the vibrant city of Hyderabad, we are not just expanding our physical presence but it’s a reflection of our commitment to bringing innovative, designer and high-quality furniture closer to our customers,” said WoodenStreet’s CEO Lokendra Ranawat, India Retailing reported. “Hyderabad, with its rich heritage and forward-looking ethos, resonates deeply with our brand’s philosophy. We are thrilled to invite the people of Hyderabad to experience the art of fine furniture-making and join us in this exciting new chapter of our growth story.”
 
The new store is expected to create more than 50 employment opportunities in the area. This shows WoodenStreet’s dedication to continued growth around Hyderabad, according to the business.

WoodenStreet is continuing to expand its brick-and-mortar footprint across India to connect with more shoppers and fuel revenue growth. The business has a revenue target of Rs 50 million and plans to open around 50 new stores across large cities in India.
