Bentley Residences Tower, Sunny Isles, Florida

New residential images of the Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles, Florida have been provided to JustLuxe – they reflect and refract light in diffuse ways, each defining life in the Florida sunshine. The images announce the opening of the sales gallery for this in-development high-rise, which will be the tallest beachfront residential property in the US when completed in 2026.

Bentley designers Brett Boydell and Chris Cooke are working closely with Dezer Development and Sieger Suarez Architects to bring the first Bentley-branded residential tower to life. Bentley Residences will parallel design aspects unique to Bentley motors throughout the building, as well as on its exterior.

Diamond-shaped glass panels on the building’s façade are angled to create perfect natural light refraction. The same patterns and silhouettes are echoed throughout the building, by the diamond-shaped tiles the lobby floor. The simple diamond motif is a signature of Bentley design DNA, found throughout all of the brand’s products and cars.

In the lobby, pillars will feature threads of natural wood ingrained with copper dust, reflecting the same elements used in Bentley’s concept car, the EXP100 GT.

The newly opened sales gallery in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, Florida, depicts further design achievements as it builds anticipation surrounding the project.  Spanning 12,000 sqft, the sales gallery offers the buyer first-hand glimpses of the private, 216 residence, 70 story beachfront development. Each of these spaces has been designed to ensure that residents experience their new home as a part of the Bentley life journey, both indoors and out.

Brett Boydell, Bentley Head of Design Collaborations, recently said in an interview, “One of the biggest achievements when we design a car, is to have a whole group of designers working together but to make it look like it came from one person’s hand. We have the same exciting challenge with Bentley Residences but on a 70-story scale.”

A sense of harmony can be seen especially in designs for indoor-outdoor living. Bentley customers enjoy the feeling of being on the open road, as much as being cushioned within the comfort of their Bentley automobiles. Thus, the residences will move from indoors, to outdoors with balcony swimming pools, as well as unobstructed views through floor-to-ceiling glass.

The environment of each communal area of Bentley Residences has also been carefully considered. The aim is to communicate community, bringing residents together by fostering an atmosphere of social relaxation.

Private and communal amenities include: a cinema, a games room, a wellness center and spa, a whisky bar, a cigar lounge and a restaurant. Each has been carefully curated to maximize comfort and luxury, and to subtly bring Bentley’s design DNA throughout each detail.

The cinema has been designed, for example, to mimic the concept of a Bentley car interior.

The games room is state of the art, equipped with VR headsets, and simulators both for golf and for driving.

The whisky bar will grace the finished building, and the bar itself is inspired by the iconic matrix grille of Bentley’s cars. Suspended from the ceiling, the bar appears to be weightless and floating.

Throughout the sales gallery and the Bentley Residences building, Bentley Home Furniture will feature a range of Italian, hand-crafted pieces. They feature distinctive lines and mirror the materials and finishes of Bentley’s cars.

The new sales gallery also plays home to a spectacular, full-scale, new sculpture, designed by the Bentley designers in Crewe,  Cheshire, England, BUT with the Miami beachfront in mind. It is the Bentley Speed Form Sculpture, inspired by the flowing lines and surface definition seen in Bentley’s luxury cars.

Brett Boydell describes this sculpture: “The form has been designed to reflect the car’s strength and power in volume whilst celebrating its beauty and elegance within the details of its key lines.  The color of the exterior is a unique paint mixed in the Bentley paint shop and was specially created to come to life in the bright Miami climate whilst enhancing the sculpture’s form.”

Given the cachet of the Bentley brand, in terms of legacy, comfort, worth, luxury, and performance, the residences are set to both reflect and refract Bentley’s high standards.

Thus, 2026, to many, cannot come soon enough.
