Paragon Footwear aims to reach 150 store mark this fiscal

Paragon Footwear plans to reach the 150 brick-and-mortar store mark in the 2024 financial year up from its current total of 88. The Indian brand is focusing on launching large format stores to retail its full product selection for men and women.

“Today, Paragon has 88 exclusive outlets across the country,” said Paragon Footwear’s executive vice-president Sachin Joseph, India Retailing reported. “We are aiming to increase the store count to 150 by the end of this financial year. The company is focusing on larger outlets spanning 1,500 square feet and above, gradually transitioning away from smaller stores. Having secured a substantial market share in the South and West regions, we are actively eyeing ongoing growth opportunities in the North and East markets.”
 
As well as bolstering its retail footprint in the Indian market, the brand also plans to continue to expand globally. Paragon Footwear currently has a presence in 18 international markets and plans to continue to add to its position in these regions. 

Paragon Footwear was established in 1975 in Kerala and specialises in practical, formal, and casual footwear with rubber soles priced in the affordable segment of the market. The business has a daily production output of four lakh pairs of shoes and its approximate yearly sales total is 14 crore pairs of shoes.
