The new Madame outlet features categories such as shackets, shirts, jackets, cardigans, sling bags, perfumes, and stoles, designed to meet the style preferences of modern travellers, the brand announced in a press release. This marks Madame’s third airport store, following its presence at Mumbai and Pune airports. To enhance the shopping experience, Madame plans to introduce promotional offers aligned with flight schedules and passenger traffic, catering to the fast-paced nature of airport retail.

“The opening of our store at Srinagar Airport is a significant milestone in our journey to enhance the travel retail experience,” said Jain Amar’s executive director Akhil Jain about the launch in a press release. “With a unique mix of stylish apparel and accessories, we aim to provide travelers with convenient and fashionable choices on the go.”

Founded in 1993, Madame operates over 170 exclusive stores in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities across India, along with more than 900 retail touchpoints. The brand also has a presence on multi-brand e-commerce platforms including Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Amazon, alongside its own e-commerce store. The Srinagar airport store aligns with Madame’s strategy to expand in high-footfall locations.
