Jaypore launches US e-commerce store to expand global reach

Traditional Indian fashion and lifestyle retailer Jaypore has launched an e-commerce store for the US market. The direct to customer launch expands Jaypore’s international operations and will bring desi handicrafts to the US, catering to non-resident Indians and locals alike. 

“Embrace the magic of India’s artisanal heritage, brought directly to your doorstep with the launch of our new online haven, www.jaypore.us,” announced Jaypore on Facebook. “Explore crafts like ajrakh, kalamkari, Benarasi, chikankari, hand-block prints, hand-embroidery, and many more through our apparel, home, jewellery, and accessories.”
 
The online store went live with a promotional offer of free shipping for purchases of $100 or over. The website also launched with Jaypore’s ‘Shades of Love’ sale event which offers 15% reductions on clothing and jewellery and an additional 10% off for shoppers spending $150 or more. 

The e-commerce store has segments for men, women, jewellery, accessories, and home as well as a sale segment. Products on the website are made in India and shipped from India to the US, according to its shipping information. 
 
Jaypore also launched its new spring womenswear collection ‘Kashni’, featuring botanical prints on linen blend garments. The collection has a fresh, whimsical aesthetic and mixes loose-fit layers with delicate, feminine details.
