What causes constipation?

Research suggests that the main causes of constipation are inadequate water intake and a lack of fiber in the diet. 1. Ghee in warm milk

Consuming ghee (clarified butter) with warm milk or hot water is an ancient and highly effective remedy. This combination stimulates bowel movements within 15 minutes. Cumin and ajwain have long been considered beneficial for stomach problems. They provide quick relief from issues such as acidity, vomiting, abdominal pain, and cramps, in addition to facilitating bowel movements. To prepare this remedy, roast and grind two spoons of cumin and two spoons of ajwain. Add half a teaspoon of black salt to the mixture and consume a small quantity with warm water. Both cumin and ajwain are effective for stomach-related problems, and black salt aids in digestion.

Raisins are an excellent remedy for instant relief from constipation. Soak 8 to 10 dry grapes (raisins) in water and remove their seeds in the morning. Consume the soaked raisins with warm milk.
