Chumbak makes customer pledge with new campaign ‘A Life of Joy’

Accessories, home, and lifestyle brand Chumbak has launched a new campaign titled ‘A Life of Joy’ to act as its new brand manifesto. The campaign is designed to uplift the consumer experience and strengthen Chumbak’s position in the competitive retail sector.

“We couldn’t be happier – A Life of Joy is the foundation of Chumbak and defines everything we create here,” said Chumbak’s co-founder and director of product and design Shubhra Chadda in a press release. “More than anything, we’ve always been an emotion and a way of life for our consumer and we promise to keep it that way!”
 
The brand’s campaign focuses on everyday moments in life and aims to illustrate how its brightly coloured products can turn them into moments if joy. Through this campaign, Chumbak aims to strengthen consumer loyalty, enhance brand recognition, and create a positive impact on its bottom line.

“A Life of Joy is a brand promise we’re making to our consumer, a pledge to make every interaction that our consumer has with Chumbak, joyful,” said Chumbak’s co-founder and brand director Vivek Prabhakar. “This reflects and will continue to reflect in our product, design, and shopping experience. We’re very glad to kickstart the new year on a high note and unveil this across all our brand touch-points.”

Chumbak designs its products in India and is inspired by Indian heritage aesthetics, with a pop art twist. The brand’s name means ‘magnet’ in Sanskrit and it was established by Vivek and Shubhra Prabhakar in Bengaluru in 2010. Chumbak retails from its exclusive brand outlets across India and its direct to customer e-commerce store.
