Boult joins forces with Nepal’s Jagdamba Mobiles to expand in country

Indian wearables brand Boult has forged a partnership with Nepal-based business Shanker Group’s subsidiary Jagdamba Mobiles Private Limited to expand its operations in the country and launch a range of new products and features.

“We are thrilled to announce our expansion in Nepal with Jagdamba Mobiles Private Limited,” announced Boult’s co-founder Varun Gupta, India Retailing Bureau reported. “This collaboration signifies our shared commitment to delivering cutting-edge wearable technology to the vibrant market of Nepal.”

Products which Boult will launch in Nepal as a result of the partnership include smartwatches, a fast growing product category in the South Asian market. The business will also launch a range of earbuds and aims to cater to a broad spectrum of consumer demographics with its Nepal offering. 

“We are excited to join hands with Boult,” said Jagdamba Mobiles Private Limited’s executive director Saksham Jatia in a statement. “This collaboration reinforces our commitment to offering the latest in technology to our customers.”
 
Boult currently counts over 50 service centres in India and retails across the country’s geography through its direct to customer e-commerce store, according to its website. The brand launched in 2017 and describes itself as India’s fastest growing audio company.
