Zudio opens 22,000 square foot store

Value family fashion brand Zudio has opened a new store in Gurugram to bolster its brick-and-mortar presence in Haryana. The store measures 22,000 square feet and spread over two storeys of Sector 70’s Reach 3 Roads Mall. 

Zudio has set up shop at Reach 3 Roads Mall as part of its fast-paced omni-channel expansion, India Retailing reported. The new Zudio store retails its affordable casual wear, denim, and youthful collections for men and women. 
 
Property management business Big Assets Infra announced on Facebook that an operational Tata Zudio store is for sale in Gurugram’s Reach 3 Roads mall. The post detailed that the store has a 15 year lease with a lock in period of three years and a six month notice period. The return on investment is listed as 6% and the escalation is 15% after three years. 

Reach 3 Roads Mall is a project by real estate development business Reach Group which has delivered two million square feet of real estate development, according to its website. The business recently launched Reach 3 Roads Mall with a mix of Indian and international brands including Croma, Jockey, Lenskart, and Firstcry among others. 
 
Zudio retails from its stores across India as well as its direct to customer e-commerce store. The brand plans to continue to expand in India with an omni-channel strategy and aims to launch up to 200 new stores in the 2025 financial year which will begin in April this year.
