Luggage and accessories brand Uppercase has onboarded Indian cricketer Jasprit Bumrah as an investor and collaborator.

Bumrah who has been associated with Uppercase for the past three years as brand ambassador recently made an undisclosed equity investment in the brand.
With this association and funding, the company aims to co-create a premium product line including luggage, backpacks, and gym bags. Additionally, Uppercase plans to invest in product innovation and retail expansion across the country.
Commenting on the investment, Bumrah in a statement said, “I have always admired uppercase’s ethos of creating environmentally friendly bags from recycled materials, a mission that strongly resonates with both my wife and me. By choosing to invest in uppercase, I feel proud to be part of a movement that aligns with my values and aspirations for a more sustainable planet.”
