Thomas Goode launches flagship store in Delhi’s Oberoi Hotel


Thomas Goode has launched an India flagship store at The Oberoi Hotel, New Delhi, marking the British luxury tableware and lifestyle brand’s formal entry into the country’s expanding high-end retail market. The launch follows the acquisition of Thomas Goode India by BI Luxury, the developers of Trident Residences in partnership with The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts.

“Thomas Goode India is now officially open, bringing centuries of exquisite craftsmanship and unparalleled luxury to the heart of the capital,” announced the brand on its India Facebook page. “Explore our curated collections of fine bonechina, crystal, and silverware, each piece a testament to our rich heritage. Visit us today at the Oberoi, New Delhi and experience the artistry firsthand.”

The store features curated collections of fine china, silverware, and crystal as well as jewellery and accessories. By catering to the demand for bespoke tableware and luxury gifting, Thomas Goode aims to establish itself as a key player in India’s wedding and high-end home décor market.

The business has a history of close to 200 years and has served Indian royalty, including the Maharaja of Baroda and the Maharaja of Kotah. Sir Elton John, a minority shareholder of Thomas Goode UK, continues to represent the brand as its global ambassador. “Thomas Goode’s designs beautifully blend history and luxury, and we are confident they will resonate deeply with the Indian audience,” said Thomas Goode India’s chairman Shashank Bhagat.
