Myntra’s ‘Home’ category emerges as one if its fastest growing segments
Myntra’s Home category has emerged as one of its fastest-growing segments, recording a 60% year-on-year increase in demand. To meet this rising interest, the Bengaluru-based online retailer has expanded its Home storefront, now offering over 500,000 products from more than 1,700 brands, to increase its selection by a 70% year-on-year.

The Home category has also gained significant traction on M-Now, Myntra’s 30-minute delivery service, ranking among the top three most in-demand categories, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. The company attributes this growth to its expertise in fashion, which has helped it adapt to home decor shopping through personalisation and curated themes.
“Myntra’s expertise in fashion has provided a strong foundation for adapting our platform to home decor shopping by focusing on personalisation, trend-driven curation, and seamless shopping experiences,” announced Myntra in a statement, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “With the launch of GenAI-powered ‘Dream Room Inspiration’ on the Myntra app, customers can seek home decor inspirations from curated themes and explore different products that match each theme.”
Online demand for home, living and decor, kitchen, and appliances continues to rise, with each category recording approximately 100% year-on-year growth. Home decor items such as paintings, handicrafts, and artificial plants are seeing increased popularity among shoppers, according to Myntra.
“Trust built across premium customer cohorts, a huge base of 70 million monthly active users, and deep market penetration have encouraged us to bolster our lifestyle positioning, in addition to fashion,” said Myntra’s chief business officer Sharon Pais.
