Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI to return to Mumbai for fashion week this March

From March 13 to 17, Lakmé Fashion Week x Fashion Design Council of India will hold its next joint fashion week in Mumbai. The event will bring together designers and brands from across India. 

The upcoming edition of Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI will take place at the Jio World Convention Centre and will run for five days, Lakmé Fashion Week announced in a press release. Designed to set the stage for trends and innovation in Indian beauty and fashion, the event will mix physical runway shows with online presentations. 
 
“After a successful edition in New Delhi, the powerhouses of fashion and beauty in India, Lakmé, Reliance Brands Limited and the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) are set to host its upcoming edition of Lakmé Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI at the state-of-the-art Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai from 13 to 17 March 2024,” announced Lakmé Fashion Week in a press release. “Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI will be back with a line-up of designers, talent discovery programs for new and emerging talent, workshops, launches and more. The platform will be seen furthering its sustainability-led efforts while also continuing its focus on inclusivity and diversity and present the latest beauty trends in the country.”

The most recent edition of Lakmé Fashion Week in partnership with the FDCI took place from October 11 to 15 in 2023 at New Delhi’s Pragati Maidan. The fashion week featured student fashion showcases, a business-to-customer shopping fair, and a number of design challenges and awards.
