Gunshot fired at man walking dog in Westminster, two men arrested

Somebody fired a gun at a man who was walking his dog Sunday evening in Westminster, and police arrested two suspects after a chase and crash.
The shooting happened around 6:16 p.m. near the intersection of 76th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard, Westminster police said in a press release. The man and his dog were not hit.
Police responding to a call for help located a suspect vehicle and pursued it. It crashed near the intersection of 48th Avenue and Lincoln Street, police said. Two men got out and ran. police chased them, caught them, and arrested them.
