The GJEPC invited numerous businesses from around Sharjah to attend its upcoming Bengaluru trade show this March, the organisation announced on its website. Travelling to the region shows the importance of links between the Indian and UAE jewellery industries, especially in light of the recent trade agreement between the two territories.

“The GCC retailers, who represented leading jewellery brands and stores from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain, expressed their interest and appreciation for Indian jewellery, and were eager to attend IIJS Tritiya,” announced the GJEPC on its website. Retailers noted a positive market sentiment in Asia and expressed optimism concerning jewellery sales for the upcoming festivities.

“IIJS Tritiya 2024 Door-To-Door visitor promotions kickstarts,” announced the GJEPC on Facebook. “The door-to-door IIJS Tritiya visitor promotion begins with the IIJS Team visiting the top jewellery retailers in Tamil Nadu to invite them to the much-anticipated show. Introducing India Gem and Jewellery Machinery Expo (IGJME 2024), a concurrent gem and jewellery machinery expo at IIJS Tritiya 2024 scheduled simultaneously on the exact dates and in the same venue.”

The first phase of visitor registration for IIJS Tritiya and IGJME ends on February 29 and offers discounted rates for early bookers. The trade show will take place at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre from March 5 to 8 and is designed to boost business in the Indian gem and jewellery industry by facilitating networking and attracting buyers and wholesalers from across India and abroad. The event will feature over 1,900 exhibitor booths with over 900 businesses.
