The Eagles are landing in Denver for the last time.

The country-rock band will headline Denver’s Ball Arena on Oct. 5 as part of its just-announced The Long Goodbye Tour, with opener Steely Dan. Both are long in the tooth enough to have lost major founding members (Glenn Fry and Walter Becker), respectively), but have found success on the road in recent years while releasing new studio and live records.

Tickets for the 7:30 p.m., Live Nation-sponsored concert are on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, July 14, via ticketmaster.com. Various pre-sales begin on July 12. Prices are not yet available.

The initial tour consists of 13 shows, with the first set of dates beginning Sept. 7, 2023, in New York. Denver is the fifth stop on the tour.

“Over the band’s more than 50 years of touring, the Eagles have performed more than 1,000 concerts around the world, accounting for more than 15 million tickets,” promoters wrote. “Eagles’ tours have consistently ranked in the Top 10 of both concert industry publications, Billboard and Pollstar.”
