Blake Lucas, 21, Damon Lucas, 22, shot in I-25 double fatal

Two men who were shot on Interstate 25 in Denver in a road rage incident have been identified by the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner.
The victims of the double fatal shooting are Blake Lucas, 21, and Damon Lucas, 22, according to the medical examiner. Blake Lucas was pronounced dead at the scene on Tuesday. Damon Lucas was taken to Denver Health Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. Both men died of gunshot wounds. The manner of their deaths is homicide.
Both men were shot just before 3 p.m. Tuesday. Blake Lucas was shot in the northbound lanes of the highway between West 6th and 8th avenues. Damon Lucas was found by emergency responders on the nearby offramp from northbound I-25 onto 8th Avenue. He was taken to DHMC, where he died.
Stephen Long, 25, was arrested by Denver police and is being held for investigation of two counts of first-degree murder.
