Jain Amar announces Akhil Jain as new CEO and managing director

Fashion business Jain Amar has elevated executive Akhil Jain to the role of CEO and managing director, the company announced at the Jain Amar Leadership Summit for 2025. Akhil Jain is a member of Jain Amar’s promoter family. 

“This is not just a new role- it’s a new rhythm,” said Akhil Jain, ET Retail reported. “We’re moving from isolated departments to a single, unified movement. I believe Jain Amar’s next era will be defined by how well we align people, process, and purpose. I am grateful for the trust placed in me and excited to lead this extraordinary team into the future.” 

Akhil Jain has worked for the Jain Amar business for more than 20 years and has garnered experience in multiple segments of the company. Jain is being promoted from his previous role as executive director focusing on brand, retail strategy innovation, and technology. 

Jain Amar is the parent company of a number of fashion and apparel brands including Camla Barcelona, Madame, and Msecret. The business plans to be ready to launch an initial public offering by 2027 and is making moves to prepare for its upcoming IPO.
