Indian minister for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) Narayan Rane recently virtually inaugurated the India Export Initiative and IndiaXports 2021 portal of India SME Forum. IndiaXports aims to orient MSMEs, without any fees, with the objective of focussing on the untapped export potential in existing tariff lines and help grow the number of exporting MSMEs.
The target is to increase MSME exports by 50 per cent in 2022, according to an official release.
The information portal serves as a knowledge base for export of all 456 tariff lines and the potential markets.
