The panel discussed the connection between meditation and improved mental health and the spiritual and health benefits of museums, paintings and other forms of art.
The evening ended with several guided meditations focused on “eyes open,” the new wave of experiential meditation and spiritual awareness. Participants were encouraged to integrate the experience of art into their meditation experience.
The new immersive meditation experiences will launch throughout the country beginning in 2022.
